The owner, Howard Holdren, was a tool and die maker and general machinist for 27 years before starting his own company in 2002. He has experience with complex machine parts and reverse engineering of parts. He is joined by his son, Aaron who has a Manufacturing Engineering degree from
Pennsylvania College of Technology and has 5 years experience as a machinist. Another employee, Randy Adams, has a degree from Williamsport Area Community College (now known as
Pennsylvania College of Technology) and has 20 years experience in programming, setup and operating CNC lathes as well as being an all around machinist.
